A fresh start for the room you use most
Restart Kitchens designs and builds kitchens for Queensland homes. We exist for people who want a better kitchen without managing five trades, three suppliers and a moving schedule themselves.
Why we started Restart Kitchens
Most people renovate a kitchen once or twice in their lives. The process is full of decisions you have never had to make before: how wide a walkway should be, which benchtop will survive the kids, whether the switchboard can handle an induction cooktop, which trade comes first.
We set up Restart Kitchens so homeowners have one team that knows those answers. We design the kitchen with you, give you a written quote that lists every item, and then manage the cabinetry makers, benchtop fabricators, plumbers, electricians, gasfitters and tilers until the job is finished.
The name is the promise. Whether you are replacing a tired 1990s kitchen, adding a butler's pantry or building an outdoor kitchen for summer, you get a clean restart, not a patch-up.
How we work
Four commitments we make on every project, big or small.
One point of contact
Your project manager is your contact from the first measure to handover, and coordinates every licensed trade on site.
Itemised written quotes
Every cabinet, surface, appliance connection and trade is listed so you can compare like with like and see where your budget goes.
Designed for Queensland
Materials, hardware and ventilation are specified for humidity, heat and salt air from the start.
A clean site
We protect your floors, clear rubbish as we go and leave the kitchen ready to use, not ready for another clean.
